I started my career in 1996 as a corporate recruiter. I spent my first 7 years in this field, and made my way into agency recruiting in 2005. I spent the next 2 years placing middle- and upper-level management positions.

Philosophy:

My love for running a full desk is two-fold: finding a professional their next phase in life is extremely rewarding and fulfilling, as is taking care of my clients' needs. There's nothing like hearing how much you are appreciated after a successful placement. By saving my clients time and money while nurturing relationships is paramount to me.
