Experience:

I have over 11 years of recruiting experience starting out in Silicon Valley recruiting in the booming technology industries. Throughout my career, I have worked in several diverse disciplines, including but not limited to Accounting and Finance, Logistics, Sales and Marketing, and Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Software). While the bulk of my experience has been in agencies, I have also excelled in Corporate recruiting for several national and international companies in the local Portland market, including Vestas AWT, Hollywood Entertainment, and Eletro-scientific Industries.

I make it my business to thoroughly understand my clients and candidates. It is not enough to just listen to your client’s and candidate’s needs. It is incumbent upon me to ask the right questions and probe for clarity until I have a real answer.
